Job Description

About the role:
This is an execution-focused sales role. You’ll identify leads, initiate contact, present services, and close smaller-to-mid value deals. Expect a mix of phone outreach, in-person visits, and coordination with senior BD staff.

Key responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential customers through calls, emails, and visits.
  • Present products/services and explain value propositions clearly.
  • Follow up persistently until lead converts or is disqualified.
  • Log all interactions and update sales records daily.
  • Support senior sales staff on larger accounts.

Required qualifications & skills:

  • Graduate / MBA.
  • Persuasive communication and active listening.
  • Good record-keeping and time-management skills.

Location: On-site / hybrid option may be considered
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month

Preferred / nice-to-have:

  • Familiarity with tele-sales tools and basic CRM usage.

Experience: 2+ years in sales or business development.

What success looks like:

  • Regularly meeting monthly targets and increasing conversion rate on assigned leads.
