Working Days: 6 days a week (Day Shift)

Salary: ₹25,000 per month (Fixed + variable)

Job Overview:

We are looking for dynamic and goal-oriented Business Development Executives to join our team. This is a full-time, entry-level position suitable for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are eager to kickstart a career in business development and sales. You will play a vital role in expanding the customer base and building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential clients through various channels (calls, emails, field visits, etc.)
• Reach out to leads, explain company services, and schedule meetings or demos.
• Pitch company offerings to clients and assist in closing deals.
• Follow up with prospects regularly and maintain strong post-sale communication.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Address queries, provide solutions, and ensure a smooth client onboarding process.
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and client needs.
• Share market insights with the internal team for strategy improvement.
• Maintain records of client interactions and deal progress in the CRM or internal database.
• Prepare basic performance and lead conversion reports as needed.

Required Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence in sales conversations (telephonic or face-to-face)
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Quick learner with a problem-solving attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications:

• Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 0–1 year of experience in sales/business development (Freshers can apply)
• Proficiency in English and Hindi
• Must be based in Noida or willing to relocate
