Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify relevant projects and job postings on

  Upwork

  that match our company’s services.
• Draft and submit compelling proposals to generate client interest.
• Maintain a strong follow-up process with potential leads to ensure conversion.
• Collaborate with the business development/operations team to understand client requirements and align proposals accordingly.
• Track, manage, and report lead generation activities using CRM or spreadsheets.
• Achieve and exceed monthly lead acquisition and conversion targets.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in

  lead generation on Up work

  (minimum 1–2 years preferred).
• Strong written communication skills for crafting impact proposals.
• Understanding of IT services / digital marketing / design / staffing (tailor as per your industry).
• Ability to identify high-potential clients and projects quickly.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of Up-work algorithms and best practices for profile visibility.
• Experience with other freelancing platforms (Freelancer, Fiver, Toptal, etc.) is a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (Hub-spot, Zoho, etc.)
