Business Development Executive

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Business Development Executive who will be the first point of contact for prospective students interested in our industrial automation courses. You will engage with leads via phone calls, WhatsApp, and email, understand their requirements, and guide them toward the right course and career path.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inbound leads through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and website inquiries.
• Understand student/professional profiles and recommend suitable courses.
• Clearly explain USPs, course structure, pricing, and benefits.
• Follow up consistently with undecided leads to increase conversion rates.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM tools (leads, follow-ups, enrolments).
• Coordinate with the training and marketing team for promotions and campaigns.
• Build rapport and trust with potential students by addressing their career goals, doubts, and challenges

Optional Requirements

• 1 - 3 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or student counselling (preferably in education/training).
• Strong communication skills in English and Kannada (Hindi or Tamil is a plus).
• Basic knowledge of technical terms like PLC, SCADA, HMI is a bonus (training will be provided).
• Ability to multitask, meet targets, and handle objections professionally.
• Familiarity with WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets, and CRM software preferred.
