Business Development Executive We’re seeking a highly motivated and skilled business development executive to join our fast-growing team at KRUPAM Solutions LLP. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, driving revenue, and identifying new opportunities to support business growth. KRUPAM Solutions LLP. Objective of this role Identify and evaluate potential sales leads through networking and online research. Communicate effectively to foster relationships with new and existing clients, architects, interior designers, and consultants. Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Achieve monthly sales targets using demonstrable key performance indicators. Negotiate deals and close offers to maximise revenue. Build a deep understanding of our products, solutions, and services, and present them effectively to clients, architects, interior designers, and consultants. Meeting with potential clients and explaining our solutions, doing site visits for a better understanding of the solutions to offer, and convincing them to visit our experience centre. Must visit the Interior/Architect and builder community, get leads from them and build relations to get more achieve revenue targets Visit newly constructed or under construction bungalows/ Luxurious Flats and get in touch with the clients for solutions offered, and then connect with their Architect/Interior designer to develop relations with them for generating leads from them. Respond promptly to any issues that directly affect sales. Present monthly and quarterly sales reports to your seniors. Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs. Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape. Attend industry events and expand network. Required skills and qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, sales or a related field. 2+ years of experience in sales or business development roles. Effective communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills. Adept in networking, project management and problem-solving. Possess strong creative and strategic thinking skills to develop effective sales strategies through delegation, prioritisation and execution for business growth.
