Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Follow-up

• Engage with prospective students through inbound leads, outbound calls, walk-ins, and digital inquiries.
  
• Understand student requirements and recommend suitable services or programs.
  

• Sales & Conversion

• Present Kanan.cos offerings effectively to ensure students understand the value proposition.
  
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  

• Relationship Management

• Maintain strong student relationships for long-term engagement and referrals.
  
• Ensure a smooth admission process by coordinating with counseling and operations teams.
  

• Reporting & CRM

• Maintain accurate lead and conversion data in CRM tools.
  
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management.
  

• Market Engagement

• Participate in education fairs, webinars, and promotional activities to represent Kanan.co.
  
• Provide market feedback to help refine sales strategies.
  

Key Qualifications

• Education:

  Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in Marketing or Sales is an advantage).

• Experience:

• 03 years of experience in sales, inside sales, or business development.
  
• Experience in education, counseling, or service-based sales preferred but not mandatory.
  

• Skills:

• Excellent English communication (verbal and written).
  
• Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM tools.
  
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and proactive.
