Job Title:

Job Summary:

Business Development Trainee with a B. Tech background

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities in the interior design, real estate, and construction sectors.
Utilize technical understanding to effectively communicate project feasibility and design concepts to clients.
Assist in lead generation, client outreach (calls, emails, meetings), and database management.
Support the preparation of client proposals, presentations, and technical documentation.
Collaborate with design and project teams to understand scope, timelines, and deliverables.
Participate in client meetings and site visits to understand requirements and present solutions.
Maintain and update CRM systems and prepare regular sales reports.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and pricing to stay competitive in the market.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B. Tech – Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or similar preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Interest in interior design, architecture, or construction sectors.
Ability to understand basic design and technical drawings (AutoCAD/SketchUp knowledge is a plus).
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint); CRM tools exposure is an advantage.
Self-driven, organized, and eager to learn with a strong problem-solving mindset.
