About the job: Job Title: Business Development & Sales Executive Experience: 1 years Industry: SaaS (Software as a Service) Location: Gurugram Job Type: Full-Time About the Role: We're looking for a driven and dynamic Business Development & Sales Executive to join our growing SaaS team. In this role, your primary focus will be to proactively reach out to founders, CXOs, and other key decision-makers, build strong relationships, and convert them into long-term customers. You'll be at the forefront of our growth, playing a key role in taking our SaaS product to market. Key Responsibilities: 1. Identify and research potential clients, especially startups, and SMBs that would benefit from our SaaS solution. 2. Strategically cold email, call, and message key decision-makers (founders, CTOs, Heads of Operations, etc.). 3. Qualify leads, understand their pain points, and tailor pitches to showcase how our product solves their challenges. 4. Set up product demos, follow up on interest, and close deals with a consultative approach. 5. Maintain a strong pipeline of leads and update progress regularly in the CRM. 6. Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align on positioning, feedback, and market intelligence. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and SaaS best practices. Requirements: 1. 1 year of proven experience in B2B SaaS sales, business development, or outbound prospecting. 2. Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills. 3. Comfortable reaching out cold via email, LinkedIn, and phone to senior decision-makers. 4. Experience using sales tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, or similar. 5. Ability to understand and explain technical SaaS products in a clear, value-driven manner. 6. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. 7. Bonus - Familiarity with CRM systems like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive. 8. Bonus - Previous experience selling to startup founders or tech companies. 9.
