About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: Identifying potential clients, pitching Fuel It Online's digital marketing and software solutions, and building long-term relationships to drive business growth. 2. Market Research and Pitching: Conducting research to understand market trends, competitors, and customer needs, and pitching qualified leads through networking, cold calling, and digital outreach. 3. Proposal Development and Sales Conversion: Preparing customized proposals and quotations based on client requirements and collaborating with internal teams to convert leads into successful projects. Who can apply: Only those candidates can apply who: have minimum 1 years of experience Salary: ₹ 2,15,000 - 5,15,000 /year Experience: 1 year(s) Deadline: 2025-06-09 23:59:59 Skills required: Email Marketing, MS-Excel, Client Relationship, Sales Support, Effective Communication and Sales Strategy Other Requirements: Educational Background - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or relevant certifications in sales/digital marketing will be an added advantage. Experience - 1–3 years of experience in business development, preferably in IT services, digital marketing, or software sales. Freshers with strong communication skills and a sales mindset may also be considered. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and online lead generation platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Upwork, Apollo). Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. Willingness to learn about new technologies and marketing trends. Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset. Candidates based in potential cities or willing to work in a hybrid/remote setup. Prior experience in client handling or B2B sales is a plus.
