In this role, youll be at the forefront of identifying new business opportunities, building strategic relationships, and driving revenue through innovative lead generation and client engagement strategies. Key Responsibilities: Identify and onboard new clients through strategic outreach, social selling, and inbound marketing collaboration. Develop compelling proposals, pitch decks, and commercial agreements that align with client needs and business goals. Leverage digital platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Upwork, Clutch, email campaigns) to generate high-quality leads and nurture prospects through the sales funnel. Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to identify new growth opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, and delivery) to align business development efforts with company objectives. Track and report on key metrics such as pipeline health, conversion rates, and client feedback to continuously optimize sales efforts. What We re Looking For: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 2+ years of proven experience in B2B business development, sales, or client acquisition. Strong understanding of the digital landscape, with hands-on experience in CRM tools, lead generation platforms, and sales automation tools. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a knack for storytelling and influencing. Proactive, research-driven mindset with the ability to anticipate customer needs and market shifts.
