You will play a crucial role in expanding our user base by leveraging your in-depth knowledge of our product and its diverse applications. Your primary responsibility will involve establishing strong new business relationships with potential customers and devising a strategic approach to managing the customer lifecycle from initial engagement to contract finalization. The role may require you to be based in Pune, Malaysia, or Singapore, with the flexibility to relocate to our international offices if necessary. Your core responsibilities will include acquiring new customers within target segments, managing a profitable sales pipeline, and effectively responding to customer queries while showcasing the value proposition of our offerings. You will also be tasked with understanding client requirements, proposing tailored solutions, and negotiating deals to fruition. Collaboration with the product team to innovate and develop new product/service ideas that align with market demands will be a critical aspect of your role. Additionally, you will be instrumental in driving strategic initiatives and fostering long-term partnerships with key stakeholders. Your ability to anticipate risks, develop mitigation strategies, and excel in a fast-paced, unstructured environment will be pivotal to your success. Furthermore, you will be responsible for establishing and nurturing a Channel Partner Network in both domestic and international markets. Your customer-centric approach, strong interpersonal skills, and persuasive communication style will be essential in making a positive impact on every client interaction. To excel in this role, you should possess fluent English communication skills, active listening abilities, strong negotiation prowess, effective client management capabilities, and adept problem-solving skills.
