Business Development Executive - IT

Job Summary:

AmsOne Integration Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our IT team. As a BDE, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and build client relationships for IT services.
• Handle international sales & client acquisition
• Develop & maintain relationships with global clients
• Manage CRM tools & track sales pipeline
• Understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions
• Negotiation & Deal Closing – Persuade, influence & close sales effectively.
• Hunt for leads via Upwork, Freelancer, PPH, LinkedIn, Fiverr.

Key Skills Required:

• 3+ years of experience in IT services
• Expertise in lead generation, prospecting, and deal structuring.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Experience in proposal writing and client communication.
• Knowledge of market research and competitive analysis.
• Proficiency in CRM and sales tools
• Prior experience in IT services or technology sales is preferred.
• Target-driven approach with the ability to work independently
