About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Executive Intern who is eager to learn B2B lead generation and sales research in the IT services industry. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on exposure to real-world business development, client research, and decision-maker targeting in global markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential B2B clients in the IT services and technology domain
  • Identify key decision-makers such as Founders, CTOs, Hiring Managers, and HR Leaders
  • Build and maintain structured lead databases
  • Support the business development team with market and company research
  • Ensure accuracy and cleanliness of data
  • Assist in outreach preparation and pipeline support

Required Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
  • Strong interest in lead generation, sales, and business development
  • Basic understanding of B2B businesses and IT services (Staff Augmentation, Software Development, Consulting is a plus)
  • Comfortable using LinkedIn for professional research
  • Good knowledge of Google Sheets / Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Good written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

  • Familiarity with CRM or sales tools (any exposure is a plus)
  • Understanding of startup or IT service company ecosystems
  • Ability to research companies and professionals independently
  • Curiosity, problem-solving mindset, and willingness to learn
