We are seeking a motivated and experienced Interior Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving sales in the interior design and architecture sector. The role requires a deep understanding of the industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales and business development. Key Responsibilities: Research and identify potential clients and projects in the interior design and architecture industry. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals and targets. Conduct market analysis to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities. Prepare and present detailed business proposals and pitches to prospective clients. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable deals. Work closely with the design and project management teams to ensure client requirements are met and projects are delivered successfully. Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking meetings to promote the company and generate leads. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and prepare regular reports for management. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the interior design or architecture industry. Skills: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software. Personal Attributes: Highly motivated and results-oriented. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to build and maintain professional relationships. Creative and innovative thinking.
