Job Description

Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Understand client needs and preferences to develop tailored interior design proposals and presentations.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and architects.
Conduct B2B and B2C meetings to generate and close business opportunities.
Provide technical presentations and demonstrate how products/services satisfy client requirements.
Identify and pursue new client leads, while nurturing existing accounts.
Manage sales pipeline and conversions to meet or exceed sales targets.
Analyze market trends and competitors to establish and maintain a competitive advantage.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.

Candidate Profile:

Minimum 1 year experience in interior design or building and construction sector.
Strong communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
Creativity and attention to detail with an understanding of functional and aesthetic design elements.
Confident in building new client relationships and maintaining existing ones.
Ability to listen actively and provide clear, concise information to clients.
Knowledge of building and construction materials/processes is a plus.
Results-driven with a target-oriented mindset.
