Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to expand our client base and promote our architectural and interior design services. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of design concepts, client engagement, and market development in the construction and interiors sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities with architects, builders, developers, and corporate clients.

Generate leads through networking, cold calls, client meetings, and industry events.

Present company services and design capabilities to prospective clients.

Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.

Coordinate with the design and project teams to prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations.

Understand client requirements and communicate project scope clearly to the technical/design team.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

Prepare and maintain weekly and monthly sales reports.

Achieve assigned sales targets and business growth objectives.

Support marketing initiatives such as exhibitions, promotional events, and digital campaigns.

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.

1–3 years of experience in business development or sales (preferably in the design/construction/interior industry).

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Strong client relationship management ability.

Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.

Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with design terminology is an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
