Job Summary* We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting sales targets, and building strong relationships with customers through face-to-face meetings and field visits. Department: Sales & Marketing Salary: 20K - 30K Employment Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities- Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities in the assigned territory - Conduct field visits and cold calls to prospective clients - Promote and sell products/services to meet the company's sales goals - Prepare and deliver presentations and product demos to clients - Maintain regular follow-ups and provide excellent customer service - Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets - Submit daily visit reports and maintain accurate records of all sales activities - Stay updated with product knowledge, market trends, and competitors’ activities Requirements- Proven experience as a Field Sales Executive or similar role (1-3 years preferred) - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills - Self-motivated with a results-driven approach - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
