Role & responsibilities 1. Blood Bank Coordination for states assigned for collection of surplus plasma from licensed blood banks. PAN India Marketing. 2. Achieving plasma collection target as assigned by reporting officer. 3. Business development through participation in tenders from the region assigned. 4. Identification of new blood banks as per SOP for collection of surplus plasma. 5. Arrangement of logistics and packing materials for plasma collection. 6. Preparation of legalized documents for tie-up between company and blood bank like MOU etc. and collection of Blood Bank related documents like MOU, Invoice, COQ, Donor Report. 7. Supervision and monitoring and development of plasma collection team. 8. Performing any other duties assigned by reporting officer or senior colleague.
