We are looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Associate to join our team. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building strong relationships, and driving brand partnerships across healthcare and education sectors . This is a high-impact, client-facing role with strong learning and growth opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Identify, connect, and onboard prospective clients in the education and healthcare industry Pitch editorial features, branding campaigns, and media offerings effectively Maintain long-term client relationships and ensure satisfaction throughout the engagement cycle Collaborate with editorial and design teams to deliver customized campaigns Conduct market research and competitor analysis to spot new opportunities Represent the company in client calls, emails, virtual meetings, and events (if needed)

Duration: 3 months Key Responsibilities: Edit raw video footage into polished, high-quality content suitable for social media, websites, and other platforms. Add music, voiceovers, captions, animations, and effects to enhance storytelling. Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to understand project requirements and brand guidelines. Assist in organizing and managing video assets and project files. Ensure timely delivery of final outputs. Requirements: Basic knowledge of video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, video editing tools or similar. Creativity and a keen eye for visual storytelling. Good understanding of social media platforms and content trends. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. A portfolio or sample of previous video editing work is a plus.
