Role & responsibilities

Achieve forecasted sales goals by promoting our online fitness subscription services.

  • Manage the sales pipeline and proactively source leads through various channels.
  • Should be able to showcase the features and benefits of our fitness programs, primarily over phone calls
  • Understand customer requirements and tailor solutions to meet their fitness goals.
  • On-board new customers and maintain ongoing communication to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Skills • Sales, MS Suite, Negotiation, Deal Closing, Communication, Cross-Sell

Preferred candidate profile

Highly motivated with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure.

• Experience in inside sales and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

• Passion for fitness and a good understanding of the online fitness industry.

• Work may involve night shifts and weekend shifts too

• At ease working in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment
