Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

  • Conduct field visits to 12th-grade schools and colleges to schedule and deliver student demo sessions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with school/college principals and educational partners
  • Execute on-ground promotional activities like stalls, events, and awareness campaigns
  • Manage outreach data, daily reporting, and follow-ups with stakeholders
  • Achieve set business development and student outreach targets

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Native language + basic English)
  • Freshers or candidates with

    14 years of experience

    in sales, business development, or student counseling
  • Strong passion for education, youth engagement, and field-based work
  • Must be open to frequent travel (with reimbursements provided)
  • Mandatory:

    Own a 2-wheeler & laptop

  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a performance-driven role
