About the Role:

This is not a digital marketing execution role. This is a hardcore sales opportunity for someone who lives and breathes digital marketing services sales and knows how influencer marketing works. You’ll be the driving force behind bringing in new clients, closing deals, and building strategic partnerships in the influencer marketing space.

If you have a track record in generating leads, pitching digital marketing services, and closing sales in our industry, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Hunt for Opportunities: Identify, target, and convert brands, agencies, and partners into clients.
• Industry Research: Spot emerging sectors & influencer trends for new sales angles.
• Relationship Building: Nurture client connections for long-term growth and retention.
• Closing Deals: Negotiate contracts aligned with company revenue goals.
• Hit Targets: Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales quotas and KPIs.
• Problem-Solving: Manage client queries with quick, solution-oriented responses.
• Collaboration: Work with marketing & operations to ensure smooth onboarding.
• Reporting: Present sales reports, pipeline updates, and forecasts to leadership.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years in digital marketing sales (agency or influencer marketing experience preferred).
• Proven ability to generate leads & close business in this domain.
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
• Self-driven with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
• Deep understanding of how influencer marketing works.
• Laptop + readiness to work 6 days a week.
