Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Bhubaneswar. In this role, the Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, and expanding the organization's client base. Day-to-day tasks will include managing client accounts, fostering client relationships, and developing and executing strategies to meet business growth objectives. The role requires proactive engagement with prospective and existing clients to align business offerings with their needs.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation
  • Skills in Business strategy implementation and market analysis
  • Strong Communication abilities for client interactions and relationship building
  • Experience in Account Management and maintaining long-term customer relationships
  • Proactive attitude with a focus on meeting and surpassing sales targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Previous experience in business development, sales, or a related role is preferred
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and other relevant software is a plus
