Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business leads through cold calling, email outreach, social media, and other channels.
  • Engage with potential clients, understand their business needs, and pitch relevant services/products.
  • Manage and update the CRM system to track leads, opportunities, and follow-ups.
  • Write professional and persuasive emails for outreach, follow-ups, and proposals.
  • Schedule meetings, demos, and calls between prospects and the internal team.
  • Convert qualified leads into active clients through effective communication and negotiation.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Expertise in CRM tools (HubSpot, Instantly, Mailchimp, or similar).
  • Proficiency in email writing and business communication.
  • Comfortable with cold calling and handling objections.
  • Ability to meet targets and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to schedule and manage multiple meetings.
