Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct timely client follow-ups to ensure smooth service delivery and satisfaction.
  • Maintain and update lead tracking systems (CRM/Spreadsheets) for new and ongoing prospects.
  • Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly business reports for management.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure workflow completion and task accountability.
  • Assist in developing and refining sales and communication processes.
  • Contribute to client relationship management and growth initiatives.

Ideal Candidate

  • Strong communication and follow-up skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-border (India–Australia) environment.
  • Experience in CRM tools, Excel/Google Sheets, or client service coordination will be advantageous.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Commerce, or related field).
