Key Responsibilities Monetize: Take full ownership of monetization across YouTube & Instagram profiles by pitching content-led campaigns, brand integrations, and long-term sponsorships. Pitch & close deals: Identify and connect with potential brand partners, agencies, and marketplaces. Convert warm leads or pitch cold. Create campaign proposals: Collaborate with our content & creative team to prepare pitch decks, proposals, and pricing strategies tailored to each brand. Account management: Ensure campaign success, timely deliverables, and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business. Market research: Stay up to date with trends in influencer marketing, media buying, and branded content. Keep a tab on what’s working in YouTube/Instagram monetization. Target ownership: Hit monthly revenue targets and contribute to building a self-sustaining media sales pipeline.
