Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through research, different portals, cold calling, soft mailing, follow-ups, and client visiting.
  • Engage with CEOs, HR heads, compliance officers, and other senior stakeholders of the prospective clients.
  • Understand the client's needs and the position of Apprenticeship Act compliance to provide a solution effectively.
  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and workshops with prospective clients.
  • Collect, analyze, and manage client and candidate data for reporting and portal management.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, compliance regulations, and competitor practices.
  • Visit client sites as required for discussions and deal closures.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
