Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Generate leads through research, different portals, cold calling, soft mailing, follow-ups, and client visiting.
Engage with CEOs, HR heads, compliance officers, and other senior stakeholders of the prospective clients.
Understand the client's needs and the position of Apprenticeship Act compliance to provide a solution effectively.
Conduct meetings, presentations, and workshops with prospective clients.
Collect, analyze, and manage client and candidate data for reporting and portal management.
Stay updated with industry trends, compliance regulations, and competitor practices.
Visit client sites as required for discussions and deal closures.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
