Position: Business Development Executive / Sales Executive CRM Solutions
Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan Experience: 2 to 5 Years Industry: IT / Software Solutions / CRM Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) / Sales Professional to drive growth for our customized CRM solutions. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in the full sales cyclefrom lead generation to deal closure, and must be fluent in both English and Hindi. Key Responsibilities: • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn, networking, email campaigns, and industry events. • Build and nurture client relationships with SMEs and Enterprises to promote customized CRM solutions. • Understand customer needs, business processes, and pain points to propose suitable CRM solutions. • Create compelling proposals, presentations, and pricing for client discussions. • Lead the complete sales cycle: from prospecting, product demo, negotiation, to closure. • Collaborate with technical teams to align product features with customer requirements. • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs on a monthly/quarterly basis.

Maintain a clear and organized sales pipeline in CRM tools. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. • 2 to 5 years of experience in B2B software sales, preferably CRM or SaaS solutions. • Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi (spoken and written). • Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills. • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Knowledge of CRM platforms, sales automation tools, and market research. • Strong problem-solving and client-handling capabilities. Preferred: • Prior experience in selling customized software solutions. • Knowledge of the Jaipur/ Rajasthan market. •
Basic understanding of digital marketing and lead generation tools.
