Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive based in Kolkata. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, and managing client accounts. Daily tasks include contacting potential clients, developing business strategies, and maintaining effective communication with existing clients to grow the business.

Qualifications

• Skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation
• Strong Business acumen and Account Management experience
• Excellent Communication skills
• Proven track record in business development
• Ability to establish and maintain effective client relationships
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the financial software industry is a plus.

Location: Kolkata

Mon–Sat | 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Job Type: Full-Time | Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000/month (Based on experience)

Note: This is an in-office, non-field sales role.

Key Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of telesales/cold calling experience (B2B/B2C preferred)

Strong communication and convincing skills

Comfortable speaking in Hindi (mandatory),English and Bengali

Confident handling Pan-India clientele
