Business Development Executive

As a Business Development Executive (BDE) at our company located in Chandigarh (Sector 17C), your role will involve driving business growth, managing client relationships, and developing strategies to enhance clinic revenue and brand visibility within the wellness, skincare, and sales industry. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute effective business development and sales strategies to boost clinic performance. - Identify potential business opportunities and establish partnerships to foster growth. - Maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and vendors. - Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to achieve set sales targets. - Conduct thorough market research to monitor trends and competitor activities. - Uphold high standards of client satisfaction and service delivery. - Provide regular reports on sales performance and business growth metrics to the management. - Encourage and assist the sales team in meeting monthly and quarterly goals. Qualifications: - At least 2-4 years of experience in the wellness, skincare, or sales industry. - Proficient communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. - Ability to effectively manage sales pipelines and achieve targets. - Excellent presentation and client-handling capabilities. - Education: Graduate or Postgraduate degree, preferably in Business, Management, or Marketing.
