Our services range from audit and assurance to transaction advisory and other business services, including tax planning, preparation, and advisory services for US & Indian Expats and Inpats. Additionally, GKM provides quality bookkeeping, tax preparation, accounting, and payroll processing services to accounting firms, CPAs, tax preparers, and small and medium-sized businesses in the US.



Key Responsibilities


1. Prospect Coordination

  • Communicate with potential clients through email, LinkedIn, and phone to introduce GKM’s services.
  • Schedule discovery and follow-up meetings with prospects.
  • Maintain prompt and professional follow-ups to convert leads into qualified opportunities.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and client materials.



2. Business Research & Market Insights

  • Research U.S. accounting firms, CPA practices, and business networks to identify new leads.
  • Gather intelligence on market trends, competitors, and potential partnerships.
  • Maintain a structured database of prospects and client interactions using CRM tools.



3. Sales & Marketing Support

  • Coordinate with the sales, marketing, and operations teams for lead nurturing and conversions.
  • Track campaign performance and prepare periodic reports.
  • Support content and outreach initiatives such as newsletters, LinkedIn campaigns, and event follow-ups.




Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in business development, inside sales, or market research
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency with MS Office / Google Workspace and CRM platforms (Zoho).
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.




Preferred Attributes

  • Prior experience interacting with international clients (especially U.S.-based).
  • Familiarity with professional services or B2B environments (accounting, consulting, or outsourcing firms).
  • Enthusiasm for learning about global business operations and client relationship management.
