Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Fresher Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team at WebIndia Master. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, possess excellent communication skills, and be passionate about building client relationships and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential clients and generate leads through online research, networking, and cold calling.
• Assist in developing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve business objectives.
• Understand client requirements and present appropriate service offerings.
• Support in preparing business proposals, presentations, and reports.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Keep updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market insights.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing, IT, and web services (preferred but not mandatory).
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Highly motivated, target-driven, and willing to learn.
