Job Overview:

We are looking for energetic and ambitious Fresher to join our BD team. This is a field-sales role where you will be responsible for identifying potential customers, promoting IT hardware products (such as laptops, desktops, networking devices, etc.), and building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
• Meet prospective clients and understand their IT hardware requirements.
• Present, promote, and sell IT hardware products (laptops, desktops, networking devices, etc.).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth.
• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and trends.
• Maintain daily sales reports and share updates with the manager.
• Coordinate with the internal team for quotations, order processing, and after-sales support.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (any field, preference for IT/Business/Commerce).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated and target-driven with a positive attitude.
• Willingness to travel and meet clients in the field.
• Basic knowledge of IT hardware will be an added advantage (training will be provided).
• Freshers with a passion for sales and learning are welcome.
