Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential corporate clients for staffing and recruitment services.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and communication.
  • Understand client hiring needs and coordinate with the internal recruitment team to fulfill requirements.
  • Assist in preparing business proposals, client presentations, and service agreements.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
  • Maintain client information and communication records in the CRM system.
  • Achieve monthly targets for lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue growth.
  • Support senior team members in negotiations and client meetings.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Basic understanding of recruitment, staffing, or HR services (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Good presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Enthusiastic,self-motivated, and target-oriented personality.
