Key Responsibilities:

1. School & Educational Outreach

• Approach schools and academic institutions for conducting

  career counselling seminars

  .
• Build and maintain strong relationships with principals, coordinators, and management.
• Coordinate with internal counsellors to ensure smooth execution of seminars.
• Follow up with leads generated from seminars for registration and enrolment.

2. Employer Engagement (Recruitment Partnerships)

• Identify and connect with businesses across sectors (retail, hospitality, healthcare, education, etc.) with

  hiring needs

• Pitch Fly2Infinity's recruitment services to employers and establish partnerships.
• Share candidate profiles based on job roles and coordinate interviews.
• Maintain employer databases and ensure client satisfaction with hiring support.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident in client interactions (in-person/telephonic).
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional attitude.
• Comfortable with local travel for meetings and seminars.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in business development, sales, education counselling, or recruitment (internships included).
• Fluency in English, Hindi, and Bengali/Nepali preferred.
