We are searching for dynamic and high-ownership Business Development Executives – Field who thrive on on-ground sales, relationship building, and target achievement.

This is a pure field role where you will be the face of the company — meeting prospects, conducting cold calls, visiting offices, building client relations, and driving revenue growth directly from the field.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct door-to-door visits and office gate-crashing to pitch products/services
• Generate leads through cold calls, networking & referrals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers
• Identify customer needs and present the right solutions confidently
• Achieve daily, weekly & monthly sales targets
• Send timely reports & updates to management
• Coordinate with internal teams for client onboarding & satisfaction

Ideal Candidate

• 2–3 years of field sales / on-ground B2B or B2C experience
• Proven record of working hard on the field & hitting targets
• Excellent communication, persuasion & negotiation skills
• Self-driven, disciplined, and highly motivated
• Preferred: Startup experience, understanding hustle & growth mindset
• Ability to manage time independently and work with ownership
