Business Development Executive (Field Sales)

As a Business Development Executive in Field Sales at Arsh Infosystems located in Mumbai with travel to client sites, your primary responsibility is to drive business growth by acquiring new clients and nurturing existing relationships. You will report to the Business Head / Director Sales & Marketing. - Visit leads generated by the telecalling or digital team. - Understand client requirements and offer customized solutions. - Present the service portfolio and case studies confidently. - Follow up with interested clients to drive deal closure. - Prepare and submit commercial proposals, negotiate, and finalize deals to meet monthly sales targets. - Coordinate with internal SEO and web teams to create proposals. - Update lead status in CRM and share daily visit updates. - Share market feedback and competition insights to contribute to the sales strategy. - Build long-term relationships with decision-makers, ensure client satisfaction, and explore up-selling/cross-selling opportunities. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 2 years of B2B sales or digital marketing sales experience. - Strong communication, negotiation & interpersonal skills. - Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi. - Willingness to travel locally and manage field appointments. - Good understanding of SEO, website development, and digital marketing.
