Gunjan Enterprise (GE) – a trusted name in cleanroom PUF partitions and doors – is hiring an experienced Business Development Executive (BDE) who thrives in the field, not behind a desk. This is a market-visit driven role, focused on exploring pharma, biotech, cosmetics, nutraceuticals, chemicals, and healthcare companies across Gujarat. Your main responsibility will be to identify new opportunities, especially companies that are under construction or expanding, and connect them to our team for further business. We are looking for a true hunter – someone who understands industrial markets, builds connections on the ground, and generates serious business opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Daily market visits across Gujarat to meet potential clients. Special focus on companies that are newly under construction or expanding facilities. Build strong networks with contractors, suppliers, and industrial associations to detect upcoming projects. Meet company directors, project managers, and purchase heads to introduce GE’s products. Support business growth through consistent lead generation and relationship-building. Requirements: 2–3 years of proven field sales experience (preferably in industrial products / construction / pharma-related sectors). Strong knowledge of Gujarat’s industrial hubs (pharma, biotech, GIDC estates). Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with decision-makers. Ability to work independently, plan visits, and identify opportunities without hand-holding. Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-driven.
