Job Description

Responsibilities:

Minimum of
6 months-4 years
of working experience in a Business Development role.
Identify, target, and develop business relationships with
Tier-1 vendors / Prime Vendors.
Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, job boards, and networking.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities in the
US IT staffing domain
.
Understand client requirements and work with the recruitment team to deliver qualified candidates.
Negotiate terms and close agreements to maximize profits and ensure long-term client satisfaction.
Existing vendor/client relationships that can bring quick closures.
Experience with large-scale IT staffing or niche technology staffing.
Work closely with internal teams (Recruiters, Delivery Managers, Account Managers) to ensure seamless service delivery.

Willing to work in night shift (Work Timings - 7:30pm to 4:30am) Mon - Fri.
