Role & responsibilities Engage Existing Pilots: Actively connect with onboarded drivers to promote the benefits of the Drive to Own program. Build Trust & Relationships: Serve as a trusted advisor to pilots, helping them understand ownership options, financing models, and long-term income potential. Achieve Conversions: Meet weekly/monthly targets for pilot sign-ups into the program through persuasive, transparent conversations. Onboarding Support: Assist pilots in completing documentation, financing approvals, and handovers of their vehicles. Field Sales & Activation: Conduct in-field visits, info sessions, and one-on-one meetings at driver hubs, parking lots, and transit zones. Track & Report: Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, and conversion status using CRM tools or internal systems. Preferred candidate profile
