Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Make B2B tele-calls to businesses across various cities to develop new clients and dealer networks. Handle order booking and payment follow-ups with existing and new customers. Maintain and grow the client database through regular follow-ups. Utilize digital platforms like IndiaMART, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube for lead generation and brand promotion. Coordinate with the field sales team and provide backend support. Prepare basic reports and maintain CRM data (if applicable). Skills Required: Strong communication and persuasion skills Basic knowledge of MS Office, email, CRM tools Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (IndiaMART, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) Ability to handle client calls confidently and professionally Basic understanding of industrial or machinery-related products (preferred but not mandatory)
