Generate leads through platforms like Upwork, LinkedIn & other B2B channels
Write and send proposals to potential clients
Understand client needs and coordinate with the internal team
Follow up with leads and close deals
Maintain relationships with existing clients
Meet monthly sales and lead targets
Keep track of market trends and opportunities
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Engineering, Marketing, or related field
Skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation
Strong experience in bidding and lead generation through freelancing platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn & other B2B channels.
Excellent English Communication skills
Experience in Account Management and maintaining client relationships
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Tech industry background is a plus
