Role Summary

Business Development Executive


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive B2B sales and secure product placements in major retail chains and supermarkets
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to enhance market penetration
  • Build and maintain relationships with retail buyers and distributors
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure promotional alignment and product visibility
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets


Qualifications & Requirements

  • MBA in Marketing, Sales, or a related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in FMCG/Retail sales preferred
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • A strong network within the retail industry is an added advantage
  • Willingness to travel based on business requirements


Salary & Compensation

Annual CTC:

Breakup:

  • Fixed Pay: ₹3,00,000 – ₹3,60,000
  • Variable Pay: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000
