About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Inbound call handling: Attend customer calls and provide trek details, pricing, and booking assistance. 2. Follow-ups: Follow up with leads and past inquiries to convert them into bookings. 3. Client data management: Maintain accurate records of client details, interests, and follow-up status. 4. Message & chat handling: Respond to WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook messages quickly and professionally. 5. Social media comments: Handle Instagram and Facebook comments reply to queries, engage, and drive leads. 6. Reporting: Share daily reports of calls, chats, leads followed up, and bookings done.
