Job Description:
We are hiring Admission Counselors to join our team in Rohini, Delhi. The role involves guiding students through the admission process, addressing their queries, and ensuring a smooth experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel prospective students about courses, programs, and admission procedures.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls effectively.
• Guide students to make informed career and course choices.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups.
• Achieve weekly/monthly targets and contribute to team performance.

Requirements:

• Qualification: Graduate / Undergraduate (any stream).
• Excellent English communication skills (mandatory).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with 6-day working.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
