Job Title: Business Development Executive Location: Chandigarh Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month Job Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are a Chandigarh-based IT company looking for a motivated and field-ready Business Development Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new leads, meeting clients in the field, and driving business growth through effective marketing and relationship-building activities. Key Responsibilities: Conduct field visits to identify and engage with potential clients. Promote the company’s IT products and services to prospective customers. Generate leads through direct sales efforts, networking, and cold calling. Schedule and attend client meetings to present business proposals. Maintain regular follow-ups to convert leads into sales. Meet weekly and monthly sales targets. Maintain a record of daily sales activities and client interactions. Requirements: Minimum qualification: Graduate in any field (preference for Marketing, Business, or IT). Prior experience in sales, marketing, or field business development preferred. Own vehicle is mandatory for client visits (fuel allowance may be provided). Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Preference will be given to male candidates due to the nature of field work. Self-motivated and target-oriented. What We Offer: Fixed salary between ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 based on experience.
