Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Business Development Executive. In this role, you will drive new business opportunities, identify and engage potential clients, and manage the business development pipeline. Day-to-day tasks will include lead generation, client communication, strategic account management, and building strong, lasting partnerships. You will collaborate across teams to achieve revenue goals and expand Dream Climber's mission to make career guidance accessible to a broader audience.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in New Business Development, Lead Generation, and Cold Calling to identify and secure new growth opportunities.
• Strong skills in Business and Account Management to cultivate and maintain client relationships effectively.
• Exceptional Communication skills to engage with clients, present solutions, and collaborate with internal teams.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to align business opportunities with company goals.
• Relevant experience in career guidance, consulting, or related industries is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Self-motivation and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
