Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Career Specialist. The role involves providing career counseling, conducting skills assessments, guiding clients in career development, and offering tailored advice on job search strategies and professional growth. Day-to-day tasks include assisting clients with resume and LinkedIn optimization, preparing them for interviews, offering actionable feedback, and delivering exceptional customer service to ensure a positive client experience.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Career Counseling and Career Development
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Analytical Skills to assess client needs and provide effective guidance
• Experience with resume and LinkedIn optimization, interview preparation, or related coaching services is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred
• Proactive, empathetic, and adaptable approach to supporting client success
