Role Description


Business Development Executive


active on online marketplaces like Upwork (and similar platforms) to bring in projects and new clients

Daily responsibilities include:


  • Developing and executing business growth strategies
  • Actively managing and submitting proposals on Upwork and other marketplaces
  • Presenting proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing deals
  • Building and maintaining long-term client relationships
  • Coordinating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction



Qualifications


  • Strong skills in

    New Business Development

    and

    Lead Generation

  • Hands-on experience with

    marketplaces (Upwork, Freelancer, etc.)

    is highly preferred
  • Strong

    business acumen

    and

    strategic thinking

    abilities
  • Excellent

    communication and interpersonal skills

  • Experience in

    Account Management

  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams
  • A proven track record in a similar role is a plus
