Role: Business Development Executive (B2B)

Location: Bengaluru

Experience: 1+ year

Salary: Up to ?5 LPA

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive Business Development Executive to drive B2B client acquisition and build long-term partnerships. This is a field-based role requiring strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and qualify B2B leads through calls, emails, and networking.
  • Meet clients face-to-face (IT managers, procurement heads, corporate stakeholders).
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and deliver client presentations.
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline to achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
  • Maintain CRM records and provide timely reporting.

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Must own a 2-wheeler (travel allowance provided).
  • Local candidates preferred; knowledge of Kannada is a plus.
  • Notice period: Maximum 30 days.
